1.  MEETING

We’ll schedule a meeting/telephone conversation to discuss your project. This will be an ideal opportunity for you to state your goals and objectives for the website. I will explain the process, outline my method of operation and let you know the timescale. Following this meeting/telephone conversation I will submit a quotation.

3.  PLANNING

Having established your website’s purpose and strategy, I will create an outline plan, including a structure of the pages. You can add or delete as many pages (or sections) as you like during the project, or after completion.

5.  REVIEW

The website link will be sent to you for review. I suggest you share it with a few close friends or trusted business associates and ask for constructive criticism. Let me know of any amendments required.

7.  PAYMENT

You will be asked to pay £100 on confirmation of the project with the remainder due on completion.

2.  ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have confirmed you would like to proceed with the project, I will send you my client questionnaire and do any relevant research and fact finding. At this point, you will need to provide any content and images you would like included.

4.  DESIGN & BUILD

The new website will be designed and created using the WiX platform. The layout and style will be in tune with your brand guidelines and aligned with the information you have submitted. All content and images supplied will be included (unless previously discussed).

6.  ACCOUNT TRANSFER

When the website design is complete and you have approved, it will be transferred to your WiX account* for you to connect your domain and assign the premium plan subscription (I will help you with this).​

8.  SUPPORT

When I have transferred ownership of the new website to your WiX account, you will be able to assign me as an administrator. This means I can log in remotely and assist with any edits.
